Geelong Pilates Studio is a fully equipped Pilates studio, running Barre classes, Reformer and Studio Pilates classes for all ages and abilities.

Studio Pilates

Workout with a personalised program in a small group with the guidance of a trained Pilates Practitioner.

You will use a range of different props and Pilates equipment including the reformer beds. The exercises become a little tougher each week, based on your progress. We will work on your major weaknesses with a clear focus on your short-term and long-term goals. If any new treatment is required, we will incorporate this into your program.

PLEASE NOTE: Before commencing Studio Pilates you will need to book in for an Initial Assessment.

An Initial Assessment is a 60 minute session with a Pilates Instructor for those who are injured, have health issues or would like a tailored program. This one-on-one session will allow the instructor to assess your movement and gain an understanding of your goals.

Barre Sculpt
and Tone

In just 45 minutes achieve a full-body workout focusing on creating definition in the areas we struggle with the most: hips, thighs, bottom, abs and arms using the Pilates props and barre sticks.
This low-impact class aims to create long, lean and feminine physique and strong muscles without bulk – sculpting and toning the limbs and core.
A great addition for those who are doing reformer classes, wanting more of a cardio workout while working on muscle definition.

Each class features an elegant yet energetic combination of movements that enhance flexibility, improve balance, and challenge the core.

Full Body Reformer

Duration: 45 mins

For all fitness levels, great for beginners

Full body reformer focuses on traditional Pilates principals and techniques using the reformer beds to condition and builds overall body strength.

When using the reformer beds regularly you will benefit from overall strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance. When practiced at least twice a week you will see daily life improvements including better posture, graceful and efficient movement, and for many, relief from pain associated with physical imbalances such as back pain. The core is targeted in every class – paramount for building strength. Flat abs, strong backs, toned glutes and thighs are the results when regular Pilates is practiced.

Arms, Abs and Ass Reformer

A progression from Reformer Full Body, this class focuses on toning the arms, core and glutes. A more intense workout guaranteed to have you feeling the burn in all the right spots!

  • 15 minute dedicated to toning each group –  the arms, abs and glutes

Restorative Reformer

Duration: 45 mins

Fitness Level:
Beginners, Seniors

Max Clients: 6

One of the biggest causes of lack of mobility is a lack of strength. Age only has a minor impact on strength, rather it is due to a lack of strength training. Pilates is excellent for building strength, in a safe, supervised environment

Improve Balance & Reduce Risk of Falls: You will work on balance as well as strength. The exercises are specifically designed to address the factors that have the biggest effect on your balance

Manage Type 2 Diabetes: Strength training has been shown to be an important element in helping manage diabetes, by improving muscle mass and the number of glucose senses in muscle.

Improve Quality of Life: doing regular Pilates will allow you to move with more freedom and enable you to get back, or keep on doing the things you love – gardening, looking after your grand-kids, going traveling, playing golf will become easier.

CLASS Terms & Conditions

We prefer that all classes are paid for and booked online. This will secure your place in the class.

There is a 24-hour cancellation charge for all classes – this means that if you cancel a class within 24 hours you will be required to pay for the class. Please be sure that you can attend the class before making a booking. You can gain access to our online booking system by calling the studio.

Classes may be cancelled if there is not more than one person booked. Please be sure to check the online booking system before you come to a class to ensure it is running. We will attempt to call you if your class has been cancelled.

Any packs or memberships that are purchased cannot be shared with others. Packs are valid for 3 months from date of purchase, except for 20 packs which have a 6 month expiry.

There are strictly no refunds on classes, packs or memberships purchased.
