5-week workshop offered each term –First starting Feb 2020

The class focus; Using big body movements to build pelvic stability and upper body strength post birth. A light-hearted class to bring your Bub to we will be using the Ballet Barre, Reformers and Mats with small props. A lovely way to connect with other new mums in the area!

  • Ideal for new mums with babies under 1
  • 45 min class
  • 6 max in each class
